My name is Keith Burton and I am the president of Millennium Productions. Thank you very much for taking the time to visit our site.
Millennium Productions was formed in 1999. At the time we had a number of things on our plate. Along with a small troupe of dancers, singers and impersonators I had been performing live since the mid-1980's in The Tribute Show. We started Something Blue Wedding DJs in 1997. Urban Thunder Dance Parties, which is the high school arm of our DJ business, was started in 1998. In 2002 we began to produce and book entertainment into The Black Forest Inn just outside of Waterloo, Ontario and that led to the beginning of Showplace Dinner Theatre. Showplace still produces evening and matinee shows at The Black Forest Inn but we expanded in 2012 and now produce matinee shows at Bingeman's Convention Centre in Kitchener, Ontario as well.
As you can see we have a lot on the go but I am blessed with some very capable, intelligent and hard-working people that have been there with me almost since the beginning. My beautiful wife Carolyn produces all of the shows that we are featuring under the Live Acts tab. This is difficult and time-consuming work and I am forever grateful for the many hours of unpaid blood, sweat and tears that she puts into making sure that every show is perfect before it reaches the stage. DJ Bear heads up our Kitchener/Cambridge/Guelph DJ operations and DJ Matt heads up our Peterborough/Oshawa/Ajax team. These guys are about as capable and hard-working as it gets and I am indebted to both of them.
Now a little bit about navigating around this website. If you are looking for a DJ or live entertainment then you have come to the right place.
1) If you hit the Live Acts tab you will see a list of all of the great shows that we are currently producing. Click on any one of the shows and it will take you to a webpage with show descriptors, pictures, audio and video.
2) If you are looking for a great DJ for your wedding please click on Something Blue Wedding DJs. This will take you to a dedicated website for Something Blue which will answer any questions you might have and give you pricing and contact information.
3) If you are looking for a DJ or Video Dance for a corporate event or a high school dance please click on Urban Thunder Dance Parties.
4) If you are looking for a DJ for a private party or corporate event please click on our Showplace Entertainment page.
